All orders are processed and shipped promptly via USPS, UPS, and FedEx. Handling time is same day to next day M-F. Transit time ranges from 1 to 5 days depending on your delivery address.
We email Tracking Information for every order at the time of shipment
You will receive two auto generated emails when you place your order, our welcome email, and your order acknowledgement. The order acknowledgement has all the details of your order.
If you do not receive our initial communications please check your email settings so we can provide your order tracking and any changes to order status.
Your order status including the tracking information can be viewed at any time by Signing In to your InZKitchen account.
In the event of a shipping error or a product defect, we will provide a return shipping label. If the product is still available, you will have the option of a replacement or a full refund.
If you change your mind about a purchase, you may return product within 10 days of the purchase date.
The return shipping will be at your expense.
Return items must be in their original and unopened packaging, and in original condition
This type of return will be subject to a 10% restocking charge and there is no refund on the original shipping costs.
All refunds will be made with in 1 business day after we receive your returned product.
